On YouTube Sucks, the ordinary reports are about channel termination, strikes and warnings, copyright claim or content id, demonetisation. If the problem is with one of those pages, paste the link. If the problem is that a different YouTube pattern keeps repeating, say what you would search for and what evidence would make it useful.

TakedownPaste the link and say what is wrong with it. Personal data comes down on sight, no argument required. A request still sitting after a day trips an automated check, so it cannot be quietly forgotten — and when it is done the link stops working, which you can check yourself without asking anyone.
