Termination usually arrives as an automated email citing a policy, not a video. Every upload, every comment, every subscriber and often the linked Google account go at once. The people who get reinstated overwhelmingly describe the same route — not the appeal form, but a post that got loud enough for a human to look. That is not a process, it is a lottery with publicity as the ticket.
